They really have to be green? You can get huge generic black plastic ones from Wellcome and P&S.

They come in packs of 50, fitting a bin of 48x70cm, under the "No Frills" brand name.

You could try Gateway. It sometimes has strong, very large sized ones, although they don't come in small quantities.
