I plan to do "proper" afternoon tea during the winter holiday for my friends who have not had it before, where can I get clotted cream and double cream either here in Guangzhou or HK.

Thanks raincatcher, where is CitySuper and PNK.

I usually shop in Sogo but I heard that City Super is cheaper.

Is the clotted cream from UK or Japan.

Thanks again raincatcher, we have PNK here(I think it is called Baija in Chinese), went to check, there's no clotted cream here.

Just yesterday on our trip to Zhongshan furniture we stopped by a strawberry farm and I made the jam last night.

You can definitely get it in some Wellcome supermarkets the PEak and the one at Repulse Bay if you ar passing by there with your guests. It is around $45 for a small jar about the height of the palm of your hand it has a metal lid and that you need to lever off with a bottle opener and is from Devon. PErhaps ring and ask the head office if they stock in stores closer to you or in the Olivers in Central.
