Hi girls,
How and What would you do to deal with someone who go behind your back and say something bad about you?Would you clarify or just let it be, and let everybody misunderstood you?I'm at lost..... to deal with this kind of people.

I just got someone badmouthed about me too, but she is so famous in badmouthing people all the time, so people just simply don't trust her. I can share your feeling and anger, in fact I had confronted her, and she had majorly lost face. She was still trying very hard to "bull" me and cover things up, I just got so sick of talking and dealing with her anymore.

Lucky you!that everyone had already know her hobby.For my case,i can ignore her bad mouthing but if her bad mouthing cause some friends to avoid and misunderstood me....it does hurts.

You sound like you've already made up your mind about what to do, despite some good advice here telling yopu to ignore her. If you want to confront, her confront her. If two of your girlfriends are avoiding you based on her gossip then my main concern would be why they didn't speak to you when the bad stuff was said. Possibly you need to be looking at friends that you can trust? Get on with your life and foget about these so called friends. Real friends would have stuck by you.

How are you so sure it is something someone else said? I would primarily call the girlfriends who are avoiding me. Have a conversation, ask how they are, perhaps offer to take them for lunch. But if they turned me down or were evasive, I would tell them I miss them and ask them if I had offended them in any way. Just listen to their answer. Sometimes a person will actually tell you what is bothering them, if you ask. This would give you a chance to clarify. I would not put down the other person or call her a liar, just tell my side of the story and hope this gives them enough facts to be able to sort out the truth.

Geee....managed to get one of the girls to come out but last mintues she gave some excuse and she say could't make it.Tried to call her up to ask if there is any problem but no answer.Girls,
