Would appreciate any recommendation on a handyman around Brisbane/Rosalie area. We have been living abroad for a long time and lost track of who you can use. Just bought a place in Rosalie/BNE and real estate agents' recommendations on a handyman and their outragous prices are shocking. We'd appreciate any names/contact numbers of people who do fencing, gas fitting, also recommendations for electricians, landscapers and painters.

It would be great if I could get a couple of numbers and call tradesmen/arrange appointments before we head down there.
