Top Deck is a bit touristy, however less than the main parts of "Jumbo" and would be a good idea if you haven't been there.

Definitely make it to the Fringe Club, not just the rooftop. Go on a Friday or Saturday night to catch the live bands.
oats - The Felix washroom (is it the Men's only?) presents a stunning harbour view while you ahem... relieve yourself.
Also, for one last shopping splurge go to Ladies' Market (Tung Choi St.) Mong Kok (not just for ladies), as well as the outlet malls in Aberdeen.
Also, you've got to make at least one trip to both Ap Liu Street and Golden Centre in Sham Shui Po for gadgets & electronic hobby items and cheap computer stuff, respectively.
