Sophie is great, very knowledgable and does not 'push' her products, she is patient to answer queries, etc... and does sell some great products too!

I ordered from them, the Ergo Carrier, and the cloth diaper (expensive!)... fast service, arrived the next day after I ordered!

Waffle hk and KateTam how do you find your Ergos as that's what I ordered too (a great price now that it's on sale!). I'm hoping that it's going to be a really good subsitute for my Baby Bjorn as my baby has loved that.

I ordered my Ergo about 6pm one evening, and it was in TST by 10am the next day. Not bad.

I used the Ergo Carrier on our trip to Japan when my elder one used the stroller, and baby was in the carrier. It helped b/c then I didn't bring two strollers.


I find it very hard to use and difficult to put on in the beginning. After seeing a video online recommended by someone, and then practicing again and again and again, about 3 hours later, I got the hang of it.


It's a little complicated in my opinion. Now, it's alright.


However, my baby is now 1 year old, he HATES it, and only likes to be in the stroller. Luckily, my three year old loves to walk now.

Oh dear ..... Here's hoping that I get the hang of it any my baby likes it. So far he's been the opposite and hates the stroller but I know how things can change. Fingers crossed!

They had a shop in the tent (Christmas Fair) outside IFC mall last week. I wonder if they are still here? I bought their carrier and my 4months old seems to be OK in it, though, I think it would fit a bigger baby better. Compared to the other one I have (Maclaren) it is very easy on my back as the weight is on your waist rather than on the shoulder. You can also use it to nurse the baby quite discreetly in emergency. So far I like it.

Really? What a shame I missed the fair. I think it's gone now hasn't it? I hope it's going to be good for my 9 month old as it's just getting too tight in the Baby Bjorn.


Infact, it's just arrived now, WOW, I only ordered it yesterday. That's great service. Off to try it.
