Or, if you happen to have an account with HSBC, you can sign up for Internet banking and transfer money online. They charge HK$100.

If you have a bank account in HK you can transfer the money electronically from one bank to the other and the transfer will appear in the receiving bank within 24 hours or 48 if on a weekend. Cost is minimal at either end.
