I have a number of pre recorded video casettes from here in Australia. My question is : will I be able to play them in Thailand on normal video players?

If you have a multi vcr it will work - most are ya?

For DVDs though probably not because the dvd players seem to always be regional - I havent seen multis...

but there are software solutions for region-locked computer dvd players. Stand alone Chinese DVD players should not have a problem - I think the one I have doesn't worry about DVD region codes. At least it has been happy to play any dvd that I have put into it so far.
