Hello,
We brought our Netgear router from the US and are having trouble setting it up. Does anybody know of a computer guy/gal who can help us and what should we expect to pay for such service?
Thanks!

Go to TST East Peninsula Centre Basement acade, there's a fat guy is expert in this. Of course, need to pay. Or phone 2C in Winsor House Causeway
Bay 10/Floor. But not sure they have out going service.

Thanks for your replies! Car_lover, I already tried doing what you suggestd, but trouble is, I cannot log into the router to enter the ISP ID and Password. I think maybe the computer and the router are not on the same IP subnet, or maybe there is simply something wrong with the router.
Should I simply pay PCCW for their wireless internet or is it cheaper to get someone to set up our Netgear?

onemorething, I think PPOE means password protected access? My problem is I cannot get my laptop to "talk" to the router. So I am unable to input PPOE login credentials, etc. When I type the router's IP address, I get a "page not found" error message. I tried to ping it and got a destination DNS not found or something like that.
