Rear-facing carseats for up to 30 pounds?

They usually go for up to 20 pounds rear-facing, does anyone have luck getting one of those in HK that would let you rear-face for up to 30 pounds? (And also usuable forward-facing once baby is over 30 pounds)

Studies have shown that it's best to keep baby rear-facing for as long as possible:

The Maxi-Cosi Cabrio is rear-facing and the website states that it is good for up to 13kg (approx 12mths). My son is 12.5mths and only 9kg and still fits well into the Cabrio. I think 13kg is close to 30lbs.

It's a very popular model, comes in the top 3 in most safety tests and I would imagine Bumps to Babes stock it.

Thanks a lot, Honkyblues. Sorry I wasn't clear in my original post. My daughter is 13 months old, and I'm actually looking for a convertible car-seat which allows up to 30lbs while using it rear-facing.

It seems like nobody carries anything like that! I guess it's due to the relatively smaller build of Chinese babies. (Well I have a Chinese baby too.)

Katmau, we tried to keep our children in rear facing seats for as long as possible (as it is the safest way to travel), but had to turn them around before they hit the max. weight. I understand that the reason that they do not make rear facing seats for larger babies is that at a certain point their legs become too long and have no room when facing the back of the seat. I've been told that this in itself can pose a danger on impact.
