for those who do feed their commercial baby fruit juices, which brands offer the best options with no added sugar?

baby is pretty consitpated and been pooing pellets for a week. he is drinking lots of water but situation is not improving. so need to try some pear/prune/apple juice to see if they'll help to get things going...and yes, i am feeling quite lazy and not going the homemade route.

I've used Heinz apple juice and pear juice suitable for 4 months onwards - the juice are strained and not from concentrated. I tasted it before giving it to my baby and found it was not sweet at all. My baby hates drinking water on its own so these juices helped. Each bottle contains 125ml of juice and cost HKD7.70 from Wellcome.

I am not sure if your baby is the right age yet, but I used to find Gerber pureed prunes mixed with yoghurt worked wonders!

Heinz baby fruit juice boxes and bottles don't have any suger added and are 50% water so OK from 6mths onwards. Have seen them at Park N Shop, Watsons and Toys R Us

Many people suggest diluting the juice even more - 1 part juice to 3 parts water or half and half.

haven't had a chance to try juices so far...we switched to a straw cup and he is drinking lots more water so hopefully that can help the pooing situation.

thanks moms!

I used some prune juice by sunraysia and just added some water to it to dilute it. it did the trick.bub was only 4 months old at the time and has not had any problems since.
