I had CS two months ago, been breastfeeding but i had some red spotting a week ago, very few drops only. I've asked the doctor and says it's Ok. The "real" period will come once i've stopped BF. The spotting goes aways after 3 days, but after a week only, i have it again. Anyone who had this too? My doctor's appt is still next week.

I full time breast feed, and my period came back after 3 months, I got pregnant again at 6 months (still full time breast feeding)...
Other friends have stopped breast feeding and are still waiting...
It really varies!

I'm having exactly the same like (boss), bub is now 2 months & not on BF. Since 2 days it seems more like the beginning of the real one!

My sister was breastfeeding and hers came back for real in 8 weeks after birth. I breastfed and first time came back after 7 months, then got preggers before I could have another period! Second time came back after 7 months again. Every woman is different.
I laughed because I noticed that each time my periods started again I was a raging sex addict and I realised how funny our bodies are, we're so created to procreate. Maybe it was hormonal or something cause that wore off and now we're back to "normal" haha.....and second time round I was not risking getting pregnant again so soon.

The first time I breastfed for 5 months and my periods returned on the 6th month. Then the second time I breast fed for the same amount of time but my period came back with a vengence about month 3. Very strange.
