Now call me an old cynic but..my Now Broadband facility has 'crashed' on me this morning and I must have the engineers out tomorrow to fix it but..my renewal comes up next week! Do you think there is a major selling con going on here or am I just too suspicious? Has the same thing happened to anyone else?

Us too. Decoder died - replaced by technician - no hard sell. I don't think we'll ever expire though - their plans are so dumb, now I've got channels ending all at different times. If they sold more individually and on shorter terms I would get more but they obviously don't want my money. HK is so transient there must be lots of others in a similar position.
