Hello,
Few weeks ago, I bought a Mac.
Unfortunately, I don't use 10% of its capacity because I don't know how to use it.
Do you know a reliable expert from a shop who could teach me how to use a Mac and do basic things such as download music and movies from the internet ? But not too expensive (the shop where I bought the computer wanted to charge me 600HK$ per hour, amazing no ?)
In advance, thank you for your advice,
Aurelie.

The MAc community tends to be very close-knit, and we like to help each other out. Unfortunately people in shops aren't really that eager (and of course ask for $$$). Your best bet is to find a friend with a Mac.

For what it's worth, if you have no luck with an "expert" from a shop, I'd be happy to spend a few hours showing you around the Mac. A couple of bottles of wine would be my "fee".

There is actually a tutorial in Macs that helps you switch to a mac. Open the help viewer and search for "Switch".
The Apple discussions at apple.com are also a really good resource. People literally falling over themselves to help you out.
