Haven't seen any in HK, but ebay has new jerseys with worldwide shipping. Of course, if it is a gift, it may not be here before Xmas.

Go to Dragon Centre at ShamShuiPo, 8th floor.. There is a ice rink there and beside it, a shop that sells ice hockey stuffs..
