These are now going in using a database driven tool that is associated with the person who submits them - in this case the programmer had to resubmit all the pics again...
Will check on a way that we can do this and show the proper username - its likely all those who submitted will have to do again though...

If users had the option of not showing their username, you might get even more submissions...
But maybe the parents can just write to you and the names can be changed - shame to make them resubmit as it is quite a few?

I would not want to use my username with my child's real name and birthday.
I would be much happier posting a photo with a comment, and in that comment choose what to reveal about myself and my baby.
While this forum might be trusting, not everyone is - you can see from many posts where someone lives, what playground or playgroup they frequent, etc... add that to a username, with a baby name and photo and we all might as well sign in with our full names.
I am not trying to be difficult, just protective of our online identies and our children's privacy.
So I would love to post a photos - but not unless I can do so with less revealing information.
