Where can I get quite a few documents photocopied in TST? or Central??

there are some books I bought that I AM allowed to use to photocopy. When you purchase the book you are permitted to photocopy it to use for personally tutoring people

HK libraries also have photocopying facilities. 50c a page, same for double-sided. $1 for colour.
You will need to get a photocopying card from the library and you can just add money to it (a bit like an Octopus card) at machines in the libraries, usually by the photocopiers.
There is a library in City Hall in Central.

I found a wonderful shop yesterday - on Queens Road Central Sheung Wan - between the Wellcome and the "O Cafe". Local printing shop. Fast service. English. 30c a page.
