I am looking to take up a case against a doctor in HK. Please can someone advise me of a good medical injury lawyer. I think that I have a very strong case but would like some advice.

Hmmmm.... I read this with interest!
I had a medical misadventure occur with my son and a vaccination, by a doctor 4 years ago. At the time I was so disturbed that I did not file a case (and I really believed that medico/legal issues were not as commonly followed up on in HK as is the case in many other countries).
I persued the issue at the time, demanded an enquiry into the incident take place and also ensured that I received a full report, which does state that a human error occured, in essence a fess up of what occured.
So, my question........How long is the window open for a medical litigation case to occur in Hong Kong?
