Can anyone recommend a lab that makes high quality, professional quality digital prints? What about lamination of digital prints?

The quality of your prints of course will depend on the quality of your equipment.

But all consumer photo processing labs have digital output facilities. Just go to any Fotomax or Kodak franchise. I can't recommend any one in particular.

The same shops should be able to laminate upon request.

Also, consumer level point-and-shoot digital cameras often have sensors with a different aspect ratio than film, so you'll have to buy 4D prints, not 4R, for instance. And that means you'll have to crop the photo to fit into standard frames.
