My hubby is HK chinese and they are celebrating thanksgiving tomorrow.

I'm just wondering, what gifts do you give at such dinners?

thankgiving for chinese?

do you mean winter solstice when families feast together and eat little dumplings in a sweet soup (tang yuan)?

if so, you don't need gifts...but if you want to please them, etc and you are having the meal at home, try making the dumplings? i am sure they will be touched!
