Anyone know where I can get these. I've been to Panhandler and Pantry Magic, they don't have them and didn't even know what they were.

When purchasing cutlery, it's best to try shops which specifically sell cutlery. Both the shops you mentioned sell kitchen items and would be unlikely carriers of these items. BTW, they could also be called butter spreaders in some places so it might be worth asking with both 'names' if you're getting blank responses.
