Anyone know of a place close to Sai Kung for fresh supplies of holy basil? I'm too lazy to keep going into Kowloon City or Wanchai for some so, before I ask one of the many local Thai restaurants here if they'd be prepared to sell me the odd bunch now and again, I'd be grateful if anyone knows of a nearby shop I could nip to. Thanks!

I buy pots of it from KK Horticulture, keep it in the kitchen and snip it when I need it.

Judy, I suspect I could do with some hints from your gardening expert in Explore (great publication, BTW - when's the next issue due out?) as I've managed to promptly kill off each pot of basil I've bought from KK! But maybe I should be keeping them indoors all year 'round? How long do yours last? I'm tempted to try again - perhaps I'll have one more go at basil abuse before I give up!
