bought cranberry juice and when I finished drinking the whole bottle saw best before date as 09/21/06 and went back to the supermarket and complained but the manager said the imprint date is 09/21/08. can cranberry juice expiry date be that long without preservatives??? the manager was rude and not apologetic at all!!!

the manager told me this is a new batch and expiry date is 2008 but the imprint on the bottle is 06 but maybe the imprint was not done properly since it is a bottled drink and some parts of the print was not imprinted properly. planning to bring it to consumer council for them to decide. if you trust your eyes you read it as 06 and i did ask several friends to read it too and we all read it as 06.
