Any idea where I can get global knives sharpened professionally?

i think you can get them sharpened at the Pan Handler in the Prince's building in Central. However, they need to send out the knives and it could take up to a week or more.
also, you can get them shaprened at Wah lee Cutlery. their address is: 63 Tai Yuen Street, Wan Chai. Call 1081 directory for their phone number before you go - just in case they have moved.
