Help guys! I'm having trouble finding a holiday spot around SEA: terrible weather conditions in Indonesia, Bomb attacks in Bangkok (with Phuket also a potential target), Terrorist alert in Cebu (due to ASEAN summit meeting next week)... Any beach resort left that's relatively safe and easy to access please?

Hainan Island
Vietnam
Kota Kinabalu and other beaches/islands in Malaysia
Other beaches in Phils (not just Cebu)
Lots of other beaches in Thailand besides Phuket
Anyway, you can't really plan around bombs or terrorists for two main reasons - 1. a lot of hype and 2. not predictable, you just don't know where or when it would happen
