Washing Machine

Can anyone recommand a good washing machine? I am very fed up with my Samung which I bought two years ago and can't be bothered to get it fixed over and over again. Should I get a 2 in 1 (wash&dry) or just a simple one? Thanks

I have been using front loaders for almost 30 years and only problem experienced is having to have a new seal fitted on the door. In that time I have used 2 machines and they have moved around with our relocations except to HK. Using one here as well and would not change to top loader. DO NOT buy a two in one. Takes forever to go through the cycle if you use the dryer. Used one in the UK many moons ago and had one when we first moved to HK because it was part of the furnishings in the apartment but only use the wshing cycle now and bought a stand alone dryer. Less water used, more gentle on your fabrics and wash cleaner. Top loaders just swirl the clothes back and fourth, front loaders tumble the fabric. Of course everyone to his/her own, my opinion only.
