Okay since I have come from a healthy low-poluted area of Canada, i always discover the same bullsh*t issues when I am in H.K for example:
Both times i have been here, my period has just stopped, and then I get this heavy feeling behind my eyes, and it's actually a build up of water! Anybody know what the heck is that all about... the pollution or what?

okay it is my own persnal diagnosis, but hear this..... you know when you close your eyes and plug ur nose,then add pressure throughout your head and your ears pop.... k well i been doing that lately multiple times a day and what happens is i get water squishing out of my eyes.
PS: and by the way i quit smoking since i have been here, but it is un-effective, and was also the last time, so given that what do you guys think?

Could be due to time zone difference as I suffer from this heavy eyes due to insufficient sleep and itchy skin when I have biz travel between Asia and US.
For heavy eyes, I take a cold tablet which will knock me off during the flight, so that I can switch to the arrival country's time zone and better rested. I may continue with cold tablets for the next few nights, if necessary.

The only thing is that I have been here for over 3 months, so it is impossible that is the issue right? So now my mind is seriously boggled.
