LUSH. They do loads of bath bombs which been told created lots of bubbles.. Though I find is fairly artificial. I am on about the scent/ fragrance they put in it, just a personal comment..

Yes, the bath bombs from Lush are very bubbly! I use about 1/4 of one in a bath and it makes loads of bubbles.
