They do exist. And this can be useful for presentations.
If I wanted something like this I'd go to one of the Computer malls (Golden Centre, MK Computer Centre, Wanchai CC, 298, Star House or Windsor House) and start asking around in the monitor shops. They all use these devices so they should know where to buy them...
