Can anyone recommend a good english speaking plumber, who does not charge an arm and a leg, but does good quality work? Bath tub is clogged, need someone to come in and help, have tried plunger, but does not do the job.

try this to see if it helps.
put a small wet cloth to cover the drain hole of your bathroom sink so that no air escapes.
pour around 2 cups of water down the drain of your bathtub and then use the plunger.
this is a trick that a plumber showed me.
if it is a major problem - they will use a snake like device to clear your drain.
did you try purchasing some Draino from Wellcome?
that works well.

Go to any local hardware store and get some industrial grade draino acid. They are about 10 bucks a bottle. empty 2 bottles into your drain ( make sure you turn on your exhaust vent first). Let it sit for 15 minutes and then pour boiling water into it... This should do the job with a little push with a plunger...
It always works, unless you have a solid object in there...
