where can i buy some nice wine glases - not lane crawford (1000 HK$ each which is too much) or GOD - 100 each and boring! looking for something a bit different - coloured ones maybe?

Have you tried Ikea, Sogo? Ikea may be a bit cheap but Sogo will have middle of the range as well as high end.

Try on Queens Rd East, Wanchai. Towards the Pacific Place end there is a home ware shop that sells all sorts of stuff including good quality crystal glasses at reasonable prices.

Indigo in Prince buiding has coloured ones. Saw some quite nice sets in the shop on same floor oposite corner of Indigo (carved pattern on them, old fashioned in a sophisticated kind of way)

i would also try franc franc in causeway bay, it is a reasonable japanese! homeware store and have lovely things. Otherwise try elgin st in soho, at the end opposite wildfire is another store that has lots of glasses

As per Ceeh's suggestion... Sogo usually have the reds plus white and Champagne Schott glasses on offer throughout the year for c. HKD100 each - I should imagine they have a sale on now so they should be even cheaper.
