I have a vague recollection of seeing wild salmon (from Scotland?) in Oliver's, but it was a long time ago and I haven't looked recently. They claim to have wild salmon from Australia in the new 360 place in the Landmark Building, but of course it isn't as all salmon from Aus is farmed (as is salmon from NZ).
