Helper decided to mix red top in with white underwear meaning all my underwear was dyed pink!

Anyone know of any products available in HK to remove dye/bleach them back to white?

You could try soaking them for 24 hours in Napisan - it is meant for cloth nappies, but a lot of people use it to get their whites white again... It is not bleach.

You could also use Stain Devils. I have seen them for sale in Taste in Festival Walk or Citysuper in both Ocean Terminal and Festival Walk.
