There's a great coach who teaches at the pool at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in the Shanghai Centre. I can't remember her name offhand. She does private lessons as well as group lessons.

Still pulling a blank on her name. She's about 50-ish?? You can call the Ritz-Carlton hotel (ask to be connected to the Health Club) about the swimming coach who teaches in their pool. She has sessions during the weekdays and on the weekends. I think her husband was one of the coaches for the national swim team. Her English isn't perfect, but she's perfectly understandable. She teaches lots of expat kids, as well as Chinese kids.
