18 months old -
1. can eat almost anything you eat - but as yours has only a few teeth - perhaps her food needs to be chopped up smaller or cooked a bit longer.
2. 3 teeth - friend's baby only had 3 teeth until he was 20 months and then suddenly got a bunch of teeth all at once...where as my first daughter had 8 teeth by her first birthday. My second - only 5 teeth and she's almost 1 as well. Every child is different. your only concern is to make sure you clean them well and making sure food is in small enough chunks for her to "gum" instead of chew. If nothing continues to develop, a quick question to your pediatrician should relieve your worries.
3. Potty training - you'll hear a lot of varying reviews on this - if you want it to be a short term thing - within a week or so - then starting LATER is better. (many people who potty train after their baby is over 2 years old can complete and finish within a week.) Many asian countries push potty training earlier - and then it does take longer. Because of my daughter's school, I started when she was 23 months old - and it took about 2 months for everything to get set into place. (still having problems with her poop but that's another issue.) you can wait - unless you feel some social pressure to do so. In the meanwhile, you can take you daughter into the bathroom with you and show and explain what you are doing. "Mommy is pulling down her pants, mommy is peeing in the potty, mommy pulls up her pants and mommy washes her hands." Modeling is always an important tool. Also perhaps buying a little potty so she can practice sitting on it with no pressure isn't a horrible thing either.
4. Most US standards say to cut bottles out by the time a baby is a year old. My first had her last bottle when she was 11 months 29 days old. when she turned a year it was sippy cups for her. You may want to cut your daughter's bottle out now. Have her drink from a sippy cup - you can buy her a nice brightly colored one to keep her motivated.
Good luck! Raising kids sure isn't easy.

I generally give brown rice - better for her, more nutritious, more fiber, and not a simple carbohydrate like white. by 18 months I didn't need to puree - just cooked it a bit more to make it softer.

By the time a child is one year of age they should be eating the same meal as the rest of the family, though some foods may need to be minced or chopped finer.
There is a large variation when children's teeth appear or erupt. The incisors often erupt between 6 to 16 months. The cuspids through to the molars often appear between 16 to 33 months.By the age of 2 1/2 to 3 years of age all 20 baby teeth should have erupted.
Your child is ready for potty training when he or she can signal that the diaper is wet or soiled, or when your child is able to say that he or she would like to go to the potty. This usually occurs when a child is 18 to 24 months of age. However, it is not uncommon for a child to still be in diapers at 2 and a half to 3 years of age
It is recommended to introduce a sippy cup when babies commence solid foods. Bottles should be discontinued by one year of age to avoid baby bottle tooth decay.
