I have a friend who is interested in enrolling in short courses on fashion jewelry design to update herself on current trends. Her family is in the jewelry business, she markets and sells handmade fashion accessories and is looking to improve her craft.

A friend did a course with Bibi Cheung and loved it. She was a complete beginner but she produced some lovely pieces.
