Cooking ingredients - where to buy

Yes I know I can make both of these but for those days when time is pressing...

I am looking for ready-made puff pastry (made with butter) and dulce de leche.

I did see some frozen ready-made butter puff pastry in Great but perhaps someone knows of another source.

The ones I saw last weekend in PnS, Olivers, 360, etc. are not made with butter. Although both Jus-rol and Pampas make puff pastry with and without butter, to date I have not seen the butter versions in Hong Kong.

waffle, precisely which PnS branches have you seen the butter variety? Thanks.

I'd think that Oliver's have dulce de leche. Or just do the 'boil condensed milk' option - easier than hunting around shops. (2h30 unopened - keep checking water level- cool before opening - beat well)

I don't mean Oliver's. Try the new 360 in Landmark. I could live in that shop!!

Thanks, I'll try 360 - would have tried there before but thought it's too unhealthy for the shop. Wonder if it sells alfajors...

BTW, I know the condensed milk version but prefer the milk and sugar one, it "only" takes an hour and a half.
