Hi Everyone,
I just moved to Hong Kong and I love cooking but having a really tough time finding groceries stores that carry Vietnamese, Thai or Japanese food ingredients. I've been to City Super and even though they have some stuff, the selection is still not as extensive as I'd like it to be...maybe the stuff I'm looking for are kind of obscure too. If anyone knows of places to get Vietnamese, Thai and Japanese ingredients, please disclose. They can be separate stores, I love grocery shopping so I don't mind looking at more than one store.
Thanks

The wet market in Wan Chai (on a few streets near HopeWell Centre) has some Thai shops on it - they are good for Thai ingredients.

Thanks for your reply. I'll have to try Cityplaza...where's that by? Sorry for the stupid question =) I've never tried Sogo just because its always so busy but will definitely try it now. Little worried about the wet markets but I guess when in Rome...
Thanks again! Anyone else with suggestions, please post =)
