There's been some major storms across Europe and U.S., etc.. plus our recent connectivity problems in Asia region which still seems laggy and selective at times. So all of that combined could be limiting and/or crippling internet connectivity to some regions and sites. So, I'd suggest just be a bit patient and try again later. If after a day or two you still can't connect, perhaps there's a tech-support number you can call in regards to your software?
