Using fresh green peppercorns in Asian food

Can anyone share a good recipe using 'sprigs' of fresh green peppercorns? I really liked a dish I had with them once in Cambodia but can't find any recipe in my cookbooks. Thanks!

You could add the green peppercorns into the Thai green curry (chicken, pork or vegetarian)but add them when you are taking curry off the stove. There is a good recipe "Green curry Basil" from the thaikitchen link.

Adjust the curry paste to your liking and you can substitute coconut milk with low fat milk.

Thanks for that, dss. Might try it, though I eat/cook green curries often and love them with a predominant holy basil flavour. I was thinking more of a dish that rally lets the green pepper come through, like that one I had in Pnom Penh.
