I am trying to book a 4 day trip to Cambodia and Bangkok but am having a dreadful time with flights. Are there any direct flights from HK to Siem Reap?

Are there any other 2 city/4 day trips recommendations? We are planning to go over easter weekend and are looking for something a bit more sightseeing/city oriented rather than beachy.
