Does anyone know if you can exchange RMB in Cambodia?

Don't know what kind of ATM card you have, but we found ATM stations that worked with international cards. Locals want dollars, and dollars will come out of the Cambodian ATMs. The government even wants dollars at the airport when they process your visa ($20 US per person?) and again at the airport when you have to pay the departure tax to leave the country. Using a travel agent? Get them to advise you!
