Anybody have any experience with divorce in Tokyo?
The situation; A friend (non Japanese male) has been seperated from his Japanese wife for several years and now he wants to finalize things and obtain a divorce.
His wife refuses to grant this. How do you "force" a divorce on an unwilling participant in Japan?
