Am thinking about spending a week in Whistler over Easter. Travelling alone and so wanting to know where would be a good hotel to stay and also not too expensive, and to meet other travellers and what is the best way of organising the trip from Hong Kong. Thanks guys!

alluradirect.com has lots of accomodations for Whistler. We usually rent a condo so that isn't as social. THere are lots of places in the village that might work.
