I would like to start a website in a more or less DIY manner. There will be written content as well as music and video downloads. I would like to find a template for this and a server to host it..preferably from Hong Kong.
Any suggestion? Companies feel free to woo me.:)

Whatever you get, make sure that the company's download limits match your expected usage. If you are going to have music and video downloads, that could run into quite a lot of downloads and you don't want to end up paying too much for people to download things.
