Does anyone know what the deal is with the fabric shops in Sham Shui Po who have all the sample cards of fabric hanging in their shops? Do these place only deal wholesale or will then sell to an individual who is only looking to buy a yard or two of fabric? I know about the stalls that cut from the bolts in the streets but I'm looking for a very particular pattern that I'll have a better shot at finding in one of the storefronts. Thanks!
