Can someone tell me where I can buy powdered malt for bread? I have a very good recipe using this ingredient but haven't seen it yet in HK...

Can you use the "Horlicks" brand, powdered form which is used as a malt beverage. This should be available in supermarkets.

You could also try checking out the organic stores or asking the bakery to sell you the required amount.
