Is there any good and popular academy in hkg which teaches children how to paint from the basics? My daughter is extremely keen.

It can really depend on your location. There are great painting classes all across Hong Kong. For the younger ages, Kid's Gallery has high praise. It has several locations. But again, where are you located? If you are on Hong Kong East, popular and quite good quality programs include Arts Plus or Colourful Kids. I can provide you with a better fit if I can find out a bit more about your situation, such as location and breadth and/or depth of program offering... english or chinese, etc.
