are you based in hk or guangzhou as shown in your thread? anyway, there is a support group in hk. don't know about guangzhou though.

My sister was aneroxic and after a while it gradually morphed into depression, which she's still suffering from to this day.


I won't tell you anything you don't already know (e.g. see your doctor regularly, take your meds, etc), but I will tell you that when you suffer from any form of mental illness it can really take a toll on your family, and those who care for you. I understand that it's easy to get into a mode where you wanna shut down everyone and stay in your own little world, but please please try not to do that. It's important for them to know what's on your mind and what they can do to help you. They love and care for you very much, and I can assure you that it kills them to see the state you're in now.
