Have you recently switched to a different kind of birth control pill? I used to be on Yasmin but it made me bleed, so I had to quit taking it after a week or so.
Good luck and please go talk to your doctor asap.

Bleeding after sex can happen for so many reasons, you have to explore the reason with your doctor.
I wish to share with you my experience, since I too had bleedings 1 month ago(and still have if my partner is a bit on the "rough" side).
After pap smear and a colposcopy the result is that I have nabothian ( I didn't even knew the name before!!!!) and this small kind of lump on the cervix compresses a small blood vessel that brakes everytimes it's "hit" too strongly..
I will have to get this removed but no rush as it's not compromising my health(just my sex life).
I am not telling you that it is what you may have but this is part of the several reasons why we can bleed and it came so out of the blue for me ( I honnestly never heard about it before) that I wished to share with you.
Call you doctor today, make appointment and get the reason of your bleeding, your mind will get break from running too far and getting on the worse case side.
Cheers

Go see a doctor, get a pap smear and colposcopy asap.
I had the same problem--specks of blood, sometimes a lot of it after intercourse. I ignored it because all my pap smear results were always normal. Doctors said we might just be too rough or I wasn't lubricated enough..
Still the bleeding continued, and I finally saw a doctor who was more thorough during a physical exam. While the pap smear was still normal 2 weeks prior, she felt a tiny, tiny lump, did a biopsy, 2 weeks later the lump was malignant.
Abnormal bleeding is always something a doctor must check pronto. Please go today.

As someone has already said you need to visit your doctor to get this sorted out. There could be many reaons why this is happening, most of them very simple to treat so try not to worry too much. My experience was that I had an erosion at the neck of my womb which was causing bleeding during sex ... a very simple procedure as an out-patient sorted the problem for me. Whatever the reason, I'm sure your doctor will be able to put your mind at rest and sort it out for you.
